Our hake nuggets are made from fresh hake pieces (unprocessed), coated in flour, egg and crumbs with a little bit of salt. They’re a huge hit with children and adults alike. Best served with our tartare sauce.
We have two gluten free options, which are both coated in gluten free flour, egg and either crushed Santa Anna’s organic corn chips or Macadamia Nut crumbs. Both result in a lovely crunchy texture.
